Our Client is looking for a Technical BA with strong customer service skills to perform Business Analysis and Account Management responsibilities for one of their largest customers. This is an immediate need for them. The ideal candidate is someone with former .Net development experience or exposure, and is comfortable interfacing with technical and non-technical audiences. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, and prior experience as a Project Manager or work performed in a PMO setting is highly desirable.
Must Haves:
- Knowledge/experience with a programming language such as .Net, C#, Java
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Exposure to working in a PMO setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service experience
Nice to Haves:
- Prior .Net development experience
- Prior Project Management experience
- Prior Account Management experience
